By using LifeRosary you confirm that you have read these terms and agree to them. If you do not accept any of them, please do not use the app.
Service Description
LifeRosary is a free, non-commercial mobile app supporting daily rosary prayer. It works entirely offline and does not require an account.
User License
You receive a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the app as intended. You may not resell it, modify its code, or distribute it outside the official app stores.
Intellectual Property
The code, graphic design, artwork, and custom content made for LifeRosary belong to Kamaxmedia. Traditional rosary prayers (Our Father, Hail Mary, Apostles' Creed, Glory Be, and the mysteries of the rosary) are shared heritage of the Catholic Church and are publicly available.
Religious Disclaimer
LifeRosary is an aid for private prayer. The app is not an official product of the Catholic Church, the Holy See, any diocese, or any ecclesial community. It does not replace participation in the Eucharist, the sacraments, or spiritual direction. In case of theological doubts, consult your pastor.
No Warranty
The app is provided "AS IS", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of fitness for a particular purpose, availability, or freedom from errors.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the author of the app is not liable for any direct or indirect damages arising from the use of or inability to use the app.
User Conduct
You agree to use the app in accordance with the law, good morals, and its intended purpose. Attempts at reverse engineering, using the app for purposes incompatible with its nature, or harming other users or the author are forbidden.
Termination
The author reserves the right to suspend or withdraw the app at any time without obligation to notify or compensate.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the law of the Republic of Poland. Consumers retain rights granted to them by mandatory consumer protection laws of their country of residence.
